Your iron is an appliance to be used only for ironing fabrics on an ironing board.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using your iron, basic safety precautions should always be followed,
including the following:

To reduce the risk of burns,

1. Use the iron only for its intended purpose, for ironing fabrics on ironing board.
To protect against burns or injury to persons, do not iron or steam fabrics while
being worn on the body.
2. To protect against the risk of electric shock, do not immerse the iron or cord in
water or other liquids.
3. The iron should always be turned to " OFF " before plugging or unplugging AC
Power Cord from outlet. Never yank Cord to disconnect from outlet; instead,
grasp Plug and pull to disconnect.
4. Do not allow Cord to touch hot surfaces. Let iron cool completely before putting
away. Bundle AC Power Cord when storing.
5. Always disconnect AC Power Cord from electrical outlet when filling iron with
water or emptying and when not in use. Do not spill water over iron when filling.
6. Do not operate iron with a damaged Cord or if the iron or Power Base has been
dropped or damaged. To avoid a risk of electric shock, do not disassemble the iron
or Power Base, take it to an authorized service depot for examination and repair.
Incorrect reassembly can cause a risk of electric shock when the iron is used.

7. Close supervision is necessary for this appliance when used by or near children.
Do not leave iron unattended while connected to an electrical outlet or on an
ironing board. Always position iron carefully to prevent it from falling if ironing
board is accidentally bumped or if Cord is pulled. Always place iron securely
into Power Base when not in use.
8. Burns can occur from touching hot metal parts, the hot surface of the Power Base,
hot water, or steam. Use caution when you turn a steam iron upside down—there
may be hot water in the Water Tank.
9. To protect against burns or injury to persons, do not direct steam toward the
body when ironing or self-cleaning.
10. The iron must be used and rested on a stable surface. When placing the iron into

1. To avoid a circuit overload, do not operate another high wattage appliance on
the same circuit.
2. If an extension cord is absolutely necessary, use a cord rated a minimum of 13
amperes. Cords rated for less amperage may overheat and should not be used.
Care should be taken to arrange the cord so that it cannot be accidentally pulled
or tripped over.

Never use steam iron cleaning products in the iron, as they may damage working
parts of the iron.
Do not use water additives or substitute water such as linen or scented water
in the steam iron. They can stain fabrics.

How does it work?
A cordless iron is NOT a rechargeable device. You can not continuously use this
iron without placing it in the Power Base: the device that provides the energy
required to heat-up the soleplate. The iron will re-heat quickly every time it is
placed on the Power Base.
TIPS AND HINTS BEFORE USING YOUR IRON
1. Most ordinary tap water can be used in this iron. However, in extremely hard water areas,
distilled or demineralized water should be used. Do not use water processed through home
water softening systems, since this water contains minerals that may be harmful to the iron.
2. It is best to start ironing with garments which require lower temperature settings. Wrong
temperature setting may damage the fabric. If you are not sure of the fabric content, try the
temperature of the iron on a hidden area of the garment.
3. Before ironing, sort the garments according to the different heat settings required.
Do not touch plastic buttons with a hot iron, as this may damage the buttons.
Caution is also required when ironing around zippers and similar items which might scratch
the Soleplate.
As a guide to the international Textile Care Labeling code,the following symbols are noted for
your information.

HOW TO REMOVE THE COVER CASE
1. Place the unit on a firm and stable surface.
2. While pulling the Case Lock to the outside position, lift the Cover Case to open.

HOW TO FILL WITH WATER
A WARNING
Be sure the iron is unplugged from the electrical outlet before filling with water.
The iron can be filled with the Water Tank in place or removed. Confirm that the Steam/Dry
Selector is in the Dry ironing position when installing or removing the Tank.
1. Remove the Water Tank by pressing the Water Tank Release Button.
2. Open the Water Fill Cover.
3. Fill the Water Tank up to the " MAX “ line.
DO NOT OVERFILL. Check the water level with the Water Tank held in its vertical position.
4. Close the Water Fill Cover.
5. Re-install the Water Tank into the main unit. Push it until a click sound is heard.

HOW TO ENERGIZE THE IRON
To maintain the temperature at the selected level, the iron must be energized while it rests
securely on the Power Base. The Power Base is also the intended rest place for the iron.
A WARNING
When you need to set the iron down, the iron must be placed only on the Power Base.
Placing it on fabrics while hot can cause the fabric to scorch or burn, which can cause a fire.
= Use only electric iron model NI-WL600 with this power base.
= Hot surface/hot support rollers. Do not touch after iron is energized.
HOW TO CONTROL TEMPERATURE
=» How to operate the Temperature Control Pad("SET " Pad)
1. Every time you push the " SET " Pad, the Temperature Indicator Light
moves to the next position, a higher temperature.
2. Desired temperature can be chosen by pushing the " SET " Pad until it
lights at the appropriate position.

NOTE: All the lights will turn off once the iron leaves the Power Base. They will turn on again
when the iron is re-placed.
| HOW TO USE AS A STEAM IRON
1. Fill iron with water. See section " HOW TO FILL WITH WATER ".
2. Plug the cord into a standard 120V- 60Hz electrical outlet.
3. Set the iron on the Power Base securely. The green " OFF " light will turn on.
NOTE: If the green light does not turn on, replace the iron on the Power Base
again, otherwise the Temperature Control Pad cannot function.
4. Push the " SET " Pad to the corresponding temperature level. The red light starts blinking.

5. Hold the iron horizontally and move the Steam/Dry Selector into the desired steam position
after the Temperature Control light turns on continuously. You can then start ironing.
Note: Anti-Drip System will activate when the temperature of the Soleplate's surface
drops. At the same time, the steam will stop; it is not a sign of malfunction when
you hear a clicking sound. In this situation, you have to put your iron back on
the Power Base to reheat.
HOW TO USE AS A DRY IRON
1. Move the Steam/Dry Selector to the Dry position.
2. Plug the cord into a standard 120V-60Hz electrical outlet.
3. Set the iron on the Power Base securely. The green " OFF " light will turn on.
NOTE: If the green light does not turn on, replace the iron on the Power Base again, or
the Temperature Control Pad cannot function.
4. Push the " SET " Pad until the red blinking light reaches your desired temperature level.
Wait until the Temperature Control light turns on continuously. You can then start ironing.
SPECIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Jet of Steam
The "Jet of Steam" feature provides extra steam which goes deep into the garment and
is helpful for removing stubborn wrinkles. The "Jet of Steam" feature operates properly
only in the "HIGH" indication area of the "SET" Pad when steam or dry ironing (If used
at lower setting, water spotting will occur because the iron is not hot enough to change
water to steam ). If you have not used the " Jet of Steam " feature for a long time, it is
necessary to clean the inside of the iron before using this feature on any clothes to be
ironed. Simply test the "Jet of Steam" feature several times away from the ironing board
and clothes to be ironed. This will prevent brown spotting or water spotting on the clothes.
Do not aim the soleplate toward hands

to steam can cause skin burns.
1. Fill iron with water. See section " HOW TO FILL WITH WATER ".
2. Plug the cord into a standard 120V- 60Hz electrical outlet.
3. Set the iron on the Power Base securely. The green " OFF " light will turn on.
4. Push the " SET " Pad to the "HIGH" temperature level. The red light starts blinking.
5. Preheat the iron until the light turns on continuously, usually about 1-2 minutes.
6. Simply pump the " Jet of Steam Button " when steam is desired. Pump the " Jet of Steam
Button " several times at the beginning of each ironing session.
7. Allow at least 5 seconds between uses of "Jet of Steam Button " to prevent water spotting.
Use a press cloth if necessary.

NOTE: Do not touch the fabric with the iron. Keep the iron slightly over the fabric to
prevent burns or disfiguring.
Jet of Steam can be provided by pumping the " Jet of Steam Button ".
Set temperature at " HIGH " level.
To avoid hot water from dripping out of the Soleplate, please give 5 seconds
of interval time before re-pumping
2. Vertical Steam
To get better results when using vertical steam, hang the garment on a clothes hanger. Curtains
and drapes may also be steamed once they're hung. Hold the iron away from your body, close
to but not touching the fabric. Pull the fabric tight with your free hand and pump the Vertical
Steam Button (Jet of Steam Button) at 5 seconds intervals as you pass the iron over the
wrinkled fabric.
AWARNING
Never iron clothes on the body or point your iron at anyone when steaming. Hot steam can cause
skin burns. Keep hands and body away from steam areas while using vertical steam feature.
3. Anti-Drip System (Automatic Water Seal)
This model has an Anti-Drip System. When the temperature of the Soleplate's surface drops
below 250'F(121'C), the valve for the vaporizing chamber in the iron automatically closes
and stops the water from going in further. This prevents hot unvaporized water from ejecting
out of the soleplate when the iron has cooled down. With this System, it is unnecessary
for you to wait until the inside of the vaporizing chamber dries completely when you store
the iron.
NOTE: itis not a sign of malfunction when you hear a clicking sound.
This sound can be heard whenever this System is activated.
4. Automatic Shut-Off
The Automatic Shut-Off System provides you with a visible warning signal before the iron
automatically shuts off. The iron will automatically shut itself off if it has been left on the
Power Base longer than 10 minutes. Ten seconds before the actual shut-off, the " OFF"
indicator will start blinking rapidly.
If the iron is not moved during the warning, the heater in the iron's Soleplate will automatically
shut off.
The Automatic Shut-Off System activates only after the temperature reaches its selected level.
To reheat your iron after it automatically shuts off, simply push " SET " Pad until the red light
appears at the desired temperature indicator.
" OFF " light(green) remains on after your iron automatically shuts off .
This light indicates that the iron is still plugged into the electrical outlet and voltage is being
supplied to the Power Base.
5. Spray
Note: Before using the spray feature, check the fabric label for ironing instructions because
some fabrics may be spotted or stained with moisture.
The spray feature is particularly helpful for removing stubborn wrinkles and where extra
dampening is needed.

The spray may be used with steam or dry ironing.

1. Simply pump the Spray Mist Button A whenever spray is desired.
If the spray doesn't come out immediately, keep pumping until it does.
2. To get a finer spray, pump the Button vigorously.
To get a more powerful spray, pump the Button more slowly.
For best results, use a quick, full stroke. ZA
6. Stay Clean Vents
The built-in Anti Calcium System (Calc Cut) in the Water Reservoir continuously reduces scale
buildup in the vaporizing chamber of the iron.
This system makes it possible to use the steam function for a long period of time and prevents
steam vents from clogging.
HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR IRON
AFTER EACH USE
1. Press the " SET " Pad until the " OFF " light turns on.
2. Move the Steam/Dry Selector to Dry Position.
3. Unplug the iron, retract the cord slowly. Always hold the plug and cord with one hand while
it is retracting.
4. Empty the water from the Water Tank. DO NOT store the iron with water inside.
5. Push the Cover Case until it clicks to lock.

MAIN BODY
1. When cleaning the main body of the iron , make sure the iron has cooled down.
2. Wipe the iron with a damp cloth If necessary, use a mild detergent.
NEVER USE ANY HARSH CLEANERS.
SOLEPLATE
* Starch and other residue can be easily removed from the Soleplate with a damp cloth.
* To avoid scratching the finish, never use a metallic pad to clean the Soleplate, and
never place the iron on a rough surface.
* |f synthetics are being ironed on a higher temperature level than instructed, not only
will the fabric be ruined, but the Soleplate will often be covered with the melted remains
of the synthetic fabric.
* The best way to remove synthetic residue from the Soleplate is to iron over an old
cotton rag after heating the iron.
/N\ CAUTION
1) Never use steam iron cleaners in the iron. Such cleaners may cause damage to the inside of the iron.
2) If the Power Cord is damaged, it must be replaced with the proper replacement cord, by a qualified
technician. Do not replace it yourself.
3) Use only the specified Power Base. Do not use others.

Panasonic Consumer Electronics Company (referred to as “the warrantor”) will re epair or replace this product
with a new or a refurbished product, free of charge, in the U.S.A. and Puerto Rico for one (1) year from the date
of the original purchase in the event of a defect in materials or workmanship.

When shipping the unit, carefully pack and send it prepaid, adequately insured and preferably in the original carton. Include

Limited Warranty Limits and Exclusions
This Limited Warranty ONLY COVERS failures due to defects in materials or workmanship, and DOES NOT COVER
normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage. The Limited Warranty ALSO DOES NOT COVER damages which occurred
in shipment, or failures which are caused by products not supplied by the warrantor, or failures which result from accidents,

2. Pour prévenir tout risque de chocs électriques, évitez de plonger le fer ou le
cordon d'alimentation dans l'eau ou tout autre liquide.
3. Mettez toujours l'interrupteur à la position «OFF» avant de débrancher ou de

brancher le cordon d'alimentation dans une prise de courant. Ne tirez jamais le
cordon pour le débrancher, tirez plutót sur la fiche.
4. Ne laissez pas le cordon d'alimentation toucher des surfaces chaudes. Laissez
au fer le temps de se refroidir completement avant de le ranger. Enroulez le
cordon d'alimentation avant de ranger le fer.
5. Débranchez toujours le cordon d'alimentation de la prise secteur avant de remplir
ou vider le réservoir d'eau et lorsque le fer n’est pas en usage.
Ne renversez pas d’eau sur le fer lors de son utilisation.
6. Nutilisez pas le fer si le cordon d'alimentation est endommagé ou si le fer ou le
socle d’alimentation a été échappé ou endommagé. Pour éviter tout risque de
choc électrique, ne démontez pas le fer ni le socle d’alimentation. Confiez-le
plutót pour examen ou réparation a un technicien qualifié. Un mauvais
assemblage peut engendrer un risque de choc électrique lorsque le fer est utilisé.
7. Une supervision est nécessaire chaque fois qu'un appareil est utilisé par ou a
proximité des enfants. Ne laissez pas le fer sans surveillance lorsqu’il est
branché dans une prise de courant ou s'il se trouve sur une planche à repasser.
Déposez toujours le fer de manière à l'empêcher de tomber si la planche а
repasser est frappée accidentellement ou si le cordon d’alimentation est tiré.
Lorsqu'il n’est pas en usage, déposez toujours le fer bien en place sur son socle

8. Il y a risque de brûlures si vous touchez les pièces métalliques chaudes, la

prudent lorsque vous retournez le fer la tête en bas car il pourrait y avoir de l’eau

Familiarisation avec le fer à repasser sans fil
Comment fonctionne-t-il?
Un fer sans fil n’est PAS un appareil rechargeable. Vous ne pouvez pas utiliser ce
fer de façon continue sans le déposer sur son socle d'alimentation, soit l'appareil
qui fournit l'énergie requise pour réchauffer la semelle. Le fer se réchauffe
rapidement chaque fois qu'il est déposé sur son socle d'alimentation.

Conseils et suggestions avant l’utilisation du fer
1. Ce fer peut utiliser l’eau de la plupart des robinets. Cependant, si l’eau est extrêmement
dure dans votre région, vous devriez utiliser de l'eau distillée ou déminéralisée. N'utilisez
pas de l'eau traitée par un adoucisseur d’eau domestique car elle contient des minéraux
qui peuvent endommager le fer.
2. Il est recommandé de commencer le repassage sur des morceaux qui nécessitent une
température plus basse. Un mauvais réglage de la température peut endommager les
tissus. Si vous n’êtes pas certain du type de tissu, faites un essai de la température du
fer sur une partie cachée du vêtement.
3. Avant de repasser, triez les vêtements selon le degré de température requis.
Évitez de toucher aux boutons en plastique car la chaleur pourrait les endommager.
Soyez prudent en repassant autour des fermetures éclair ou autres articles semblables
afin de ne pas érafler la semelle.

Assurez-vous que le fer est hors marche et que le cordon d'alimentation
n’est pas branché dans la prise secteur avant de le remplir d’eau.
Il est possible de remplir le réservoir lorsqu’il est en place ou enlevé du fer.
Vérifiez que le commutateur d'intensité de vapeur/à sec est à la position de repassage à sec
lors de l’installation ou du retrait du réservoir.
1. Retirez le réservoir en appuyant sur sa touche de dégagement du réservoir d'eau.
2. Ouvrez le couvercle de remplissage.
3. Remplissez le réservoir jusqu’au repère «MAX».

Dans la plupart des régions, il est possible d’utiliser l’eau du robinet. Si l’eau est extrêmement

Le fer doit être bien assis sur son socle d’alimentation pour fonctionner et ainsi maintenir la
température du fer au niveau choisi. Le socle d'alimentation est également l'endroit conçu
pour y déposer le fer.

Lorsque vous devez déposer le fer, déposez-le toujours sur son socle d'alimentation
et pas ailleurs. Le placer sur un tissu pendant qu’il est chaud peut brûler le tissu, ce
qui peut causer un incendie.

d'alimentation.

Contrôle de la température

1. Chaque pression sur la touche «SET» avance le degré de chaleur vers la
prochaine position, laquelle correspond à une température plus élevée.
2. La température désirée peut être choisie en appuyant sur la touche jusqu’à ce
que le voyant approprié s'allume.

Utilisation comme fer à vapeur
1. Remplissez le réservoir avec de l’eau propre. Voir la section «Remplissage ».
2. Branchez le cordon d'alimentation dans une prise secteur (120 V c.a., 60 Hz).
3. Déposez le fer sur son socle d'alimentation. Le voyant vert «OFF» s'allume.
NOTA : Sile voyant vert ne s'allume pas, replacez correctement le fer sur son socle
d'alimentation. Autrement, la touche de contrôle de la température (SET) ne
fonctionne pas.
4. Appuyez sur la touche «SET» jusqu'à la température correspondante. Le voyant rouge
se met à clignoter.

5. Tenez le fer à l’horizontale et glissez le commutateur d'intensité de vapeur/a sec
à la position de vapeur désirée après que le voyant se soit allumé. Vous pouvez
ensuite commencer à repasser.
NOTA : Pendant l’utilisation du fer, le système s'active lorsque la température de la
surface de la semelle baisse. Au même moment, la vapeur cesse; un déclic
peut se faire entendre sans que cela n'indique une défectuosité du fer. Le voyant
de fonctionnement du thermostat s'allume; attendre que celui-ci s’éteigne.
Utilisation pour le repassage à sec
1. Poussez le commutateur d’intensité de vapeur/à sec à la position de repassage à sec .
2. Branchez le cordon d'alimentation dans une prise secteur (120 V c.a., 60 Hz).
3. Déposez le fer sur son socle d'alimentation. Le voyant vert «OFF» s'allume.
NOTA : Si le voyant vert ne s'allume pas, replacez correctement le fer sur son socle
d'alimentation.
Autrement, la touche de contrôle de la température (SET) ne fonctionne pas.
4. Appuyez sur la touche «SET» jusqu’à ce que le voyant rouge clignotant atteigne le réglage
désiré. Attendez que le voyant reste allumé, puis commencez à repasser.
| Fonctions spéciales
1. Jet de vapeur
La fonction « jet de vapeur » produit un jet supplémentaire de vapeur qui pénètre à fond le
tissu et permet d'enlever les plis tenaces. La fonction « jet de vapeur » ne peut être activée
que si la touche «SET» se trouve sur la zone « HIGH (Élevée) » (si elle est utilisée à un
réglage inférieur, il y a risque de formation de tache d’eau car le fer ne sera pas assez
chaud pour changer l’eau en vapeur). Si vous n'avez pas utilisé la fonction « jet de vapeur »
depuis un certain temps, il est nécessaire de nettoyer le réservoir du fer avant d’utiliser
cette fonction. Il suffit d'essayer la fonction « jet de vapeur » plusieurs fois à une certaine
distance de la planche à repasser et du vêtement à repasser. Cela permettra de prévenir
toute tache brune ou d’eau sur le vêtement.
Ne pointez pas la semelle en direction

1. Remplissez le réservoir avec de l'eau propre. Voir la section «Remplissage».
2. Branchez le cordon d'alimentation dans une prise secteur (120 V c.a., 60 Hz).
3. Déposez le fer sur son socle d'alimentation. Le voyant vert «OFF» s’allume.
4. Appuyez sur la touche «SET» a la position « HIGH ». Le voyant rouge se met à clignoter.
5. Préchauffez le fer jusqu’à ce que le voyant demeure allumé, en général après 1 à 2 minutes.
6. Le moment venu, il suffit d'exercer un effet de pompage sur la touche de jet de vapeur.
Mais, il faut pomper à quelques reprises avant d'utiliser la fonction pour la première fois à
chaque séance de repassage.
7. Attendez au moins 5 secondes entre chaque jet de vapeur pour prévenir toute tache d’eau.
Au besoin, utilisez un linge à repasser.
NOTA : Ne laissez pas le fer entrer en contact avec les tissus. Déplacez-le légèrement
au-dessus du vêtement pour prévenir les brûlures et les dommages.
Un jet de vapeur est obtenu par pompage de la touche de jet de vapeur.
Utilisez la température élevée.
Afin d'empêcher l’eau chaude de dégoutter de la semelle, attendez 5 secondes avant de
pomper à nouveau la touche.
2. Vapeur à la verticale
Pour obtenir de meilleurs résultats avec le jet à la verticale, suspendez le vêtement sur un
cintre. Les rideaux et les draperies peuvent aussi être vaporisés lorsqu'ils sont suspendus.
Tenez le fer éloigné de votre corps et près du tissu mais sans y toucher. Tendez le tissu de
votre main libre et pompez la touche de vapeur à la verticale (touche de jet de vapeur) à
intervalles de 5 secondes tout en passant le fer près du tissu froissé.
/\ AVERTISSEMENT
Ne repassez jamais un vêtement alors qu'il est porté par quelqu'un et ne pointez jamais le fer
vers quelqu'un lors du repassage à la vapeur. La vapeur chaude peut causer des brûlures.
Éloignez vos mains et votre corps des zones vaporisées lors de l’utilisation de la fonction
vapeur à la verticale.
3. Système à l’épreuve de l’égouttement (étanche)
Ce modèle est muni d'un système à l’épreuve de l'égouttement. Lorsque la température
de la surface de la semelle descend sous 121°C (250 °F), la soupape de la chambre de
vaporisation dans le fer se ferme automatiquement et empêche l’eau d’en sortir.
Cela prévient l’écoulement d’eau chaude non vaporisée par la semelle lorsque le fer s'est
refroidi. Grâce à ce système, il n’est plus nécessaire d'attendre que l’intérieur de la
chambre de vaporisation s'assèche complètement lorsque vous rangez le fer.
NOTA : Un déclic peut se faire entendre sans que cela n'indique une défectuosité du fer.
Il est produit chaque fois que ce système est activé.
4. Arrêt automatique
Le système d'arrêt automatique vous envoie un avertissement visible avant que le fer
s’éteigne automatiquement. Si le fer est laissé sur son socle d'alimentation pendant plus
de 10 minutes, il s'éteint automatiquement. Environ 10 secondes avant l’arrêt automatique,

le voyant «OFF» clignote rapidement.
Si le fer n'est pas déplacé pendant cet avertissement, il éteint automatiquement l'élément de
chauffage dans la semelle.
Le système d’arrêt automatique ne s'active que lorsque la température a atteint le degré désiré.
Pour réchauffer le fer après l'arrêt automatique, il suffit d'appuyer sur la touche «SET»
jusqu’à ce que le voyant rouge s'allume au réglage désiré.
Le voyant «OFF» (vert) demeure allumé après l'arrêt automatique de l’élément chauffant.
Il indique que le fer est toujours branché sur le secteur et que la tension est appliquée sur le
socle d’alimentation.
5. Vaporisateur
Nota: Avant d'utiliser la fonction de vaporisation, vérifiez les instructions de repassage sur
l’étiquette du vêtement car certains tissus peuvent se tacher ou se maculer sous l'humidité.
La fonction de vaporisation s'avère particulièrement utile pour retirer les
plis tenaces et lorsqu'il faut plus d'humidité.
La vaporisation s’utilise tant avec le repassage à la vapeur que le repassage à sec.
1. Il suffit d'exercer un effet de pompage sur la touche
de vaporisation À pour vaporiser l’eau.
Si l’eau ne sort pas immédiatement, continuez à
pomper la touche jusqu'à ce que l’eau soit vaporisée.
2. Pour obtenir un jet plus fin, pompez la touche plus
vigoureusement. Pour obtenir un plus gros jet,
pompez la touche plus lentement. Pour de meilleurs
résultats, pompez à fond rapidement.
6. Évents toujours propres
Le système anti-tartre incorporé dans le réservoir d’eau réduit de façon continue l’entartrage
dans la chambre de vaporisation du fer.
Ce système permet l’utilisation de la fonction de vaporisation pour une période prolongée et
prévient le blocage des évents de vaporisation.
| Entretien du fer
Après chaque utilisation
1. Appuyez sur la touche «SET» jusqu’à ce que le voyant «OFF» s'allume.
2. Poussez le commutateur d'intensité de vapeur/à sec à la position de repassage à sec .
3. Débranchez le fer de la prise secteur. Lors de l’enroulement du cordon, tenez toujours la
fiche d'une main en appuyant de l'autre sur la touche d’enrouleur de cordon.
4. Videz le réservoir d’eau. NE rangez JAMAIS le fer avec de l’eau dans le réservoir.
5. Poussez sur l’étui jusqu’à ce qu'il s'enclenche en place.

Surface extérieure du fer
1. Avant de nettoyer la partie principale, attendez que le fer soit entièrement refroidi.
2. Nettoyez le fer à l'aide d’un linge humide. Au besoin, utilisez un détergent doux. N'UTILISEZ
JAMAIS DE NETTOYEUR ABRASIF.
Semelle
* L'amidon et les autres résidus s'enlèvent facilement de la semelle avec un linge humide.
* Pour éviter d'érafler le fini, n’utilisez jamais de tampon métallique pour nettoyer la semelle
et ne placez jamais le fer sur une surface rugueuse.
* Si des tissus synthétiques sont repassés à une température trop élevée, non seulement le
tissu risque d'être endommagé, mais la semelle sera enduite du tissu synthétique fondu.
* La meilleure manière de retirer les résidus synthétiques de la semelle est de passer le fer
sur un vieux chiffon après avoir fait chauffer le fer.
/\ ATTENTION
1) N'utilisez jamais de nettoyeur pour fer a repasser à vapeur dans ce fer, car il pourrait
endommager.
2) Si le cordon d'alimentation est endommagé, il doit être remplacé par un cordon approprié,
par un technicien qualifié. Ne le remplacez pas vous-même.
3) Utilisez uniquement le socle d'alimentation fourni. N'en utilisez pas d'autres.
