How to disassemble and clean the device for maintenance?

Before starting, disconnect the device from the power supply. To disassemble for maintenance: 1. Open the lower access panel and remove the three filters (G4 and F7). 2. Remove the four screws around the front casing (note that some may be partially hidden), remove the insulating foam, and lift the front panel upward to release it. 3. To extract the heat exchanger, remove the central retaining screw, lift the internal plate horizontally, and slide the exchanger out. 4. For cleaning, dust the exchanger without using any liquids, water, or detergents. The motor turbines on the left and right sides can be cleaned with a brush or dry compressed air once the exchanger has been removed.

How to disassemble and maintain the device?

Before any operation, disconnect the device from the power supply. Remove the filters (two for fresh air and one for exhaust air) by opening the access panel. To access the internal components, remove the four screws from the front panel, take out the protective foam, and lift the panel upwards. Extract the heat exchanger by removing its retaining screw and lifting the inner plate flat. The heat exchanger should be dusted once a year using dry methods only, as no liquids or detergents should be used. Motor turbines are accessible once the exchanger is removed and can be cleaned with a brush or dry compressed air. A full professional maintenance is recommended every two years.

How to disassemble the device for maintenance and cleaning?

Before starting, disconnect the device from the power supply and ensure it cannot be accidentally reconnected. Open the access panel on the bottom to remove the three filters (two for fresh air, one for exhaust air). To access the heat exchanger, remove the four screws from the front casing (note that some may be partially hidden), remove the foam insulation, and lift the casing upwards. Remove the retaining screw on the inner panel and lift the plate out while keeping it flat to extract the heat exchanger. The motor turbines on both sides can then be cleaned with a brush or dry compressed air. Do not use liquids or detergents on the heat exchanger. A full professional cleaning is recommended every two years.
