Vous venez d’acquérir un outil de la nouvelle série de pinces à main à cliquet : GO 120
ou GO 640.
Ces outils sont équipés de la fonction anti-blocage interne d'ABS，ce qui rend le
rivetage facile et fiable.
L’outil GO120 est équipé d’embouts colorés pour une meilleure reconnaissance et
l’outil GO 640 possède un set de jeu de mâchoires pour éviter la perte des composants
et la prévention des mélanges lors du changement de pièces.
Les nouvelles technologies utilisées dans ces outils permettent d’économiser 60%
d’efforts et la vitesse de chargement et de libération des fixations est 4 à 5 fois plus
rapide que la plupart des outils.
Ces pinces sont ergonomiques et simples d’utilisation.

1.3. GO 120 : Comment faire fonctionner l’outil
Ajustez le contre-écrou pour que
l’insert soit totalement en prise
sur le tirant et faire dépasser un
filet du tirant avant de
commencer le sertissage.
Vissez l’écrou sur le tirant jusqu’à ce
qu’il soit en appui sur le contreécrou.
ENGLISH
Mettez l'écrou sur le tirant.
Vissez l'écrou sur le tirant dans le
sens des aiguilles d'une montre.
Déplacez la poignée pour sertir
l’écrou (système à cliquet)

Après le sertissage, basculez le cliquet
vers le haut : c’est prêt pour libérer
l'écrou !
Poussez les poignées vers l'intérieur,
pour libérer l'écrou.

Pour dévisser le tirant dans l’insert,
tournez la molette dans le sens inverse
des aiguilles d'une montre.
Puis relâchez l'écrou.
Le sertissage est effectué !

Tirez pour ouvrir / joindre les poignées pour
fixer le boulon à sertir.
Insérez la tige dans l'outil.
Basculez le cliquet vers le bas.

Continuez jusqu'à ce que la tige se
casse.
Puis, arrêtez de manipuler les poignées
Avant de relâcher la tige, remontez le
cliquet.

Tournez la poignée d'une main dans le
sens des aiguilles d'une montre
Retirez la tige.

montre d'une seule main pour une fixation automatique

4.1.2. Warranty is 12months from the date of invoice. In case tool not
working properly (due to problem tool itself), within warranty, Degometal
is responsible for changing spare parts to make tools work. The tool need
to be returned as complete packed. Returning parts only is not accepted.
