Years of research have gone into the development of these
fine products and only top quality components and material
are used throughout. Every machine is carefully tested and
inspected before leaving our plant to ensure years of
satisfactory performance.

For trouble free performance, remember that this sprayer is a
substantial investment for you, but properly taken care of and
maintained it will return its investment many times. As for all
mechanical equipment, your sprayer requires proper assembly, proper operation and maintenance as specified in this
manual.
Please read the entire manual carefully before assembling
and operating this machine. Inspect machine, accessories
and crate carefully for shipping damage or missing parts.
Promptly report any shortages or damage claims to dealer
and/or distributor. All technical information, instructions or
other information are subject to change without notice.

GARANTIE
WARRANTY
Les pulvérisateurs agricole manufacturés par MS Gregson
Inc. sont couverts par une garantie de 12 mois à partir de la
date de livraison au client. Cette garantie couvre les défauts
de fabrication mais ne couvre pas les dommages causés par
un mauvais assemblage, le gel, par l'usure normale, par un
mauvais usage, détérioration chimique ou un mauvais entretien. Les frais de transport, entre le client et l’usine, sont à la
charge du client, s’il y a lieu.
The agricultural sprayers manufactured by MS Gregson Inc.
are covered by a 12-month warranty from the delivery date to
the customer. This guarantee covers manufacturing defects,
but does not cover damage caused either by incorrect
assembly, freezing, improper maintenance, chemical
damage or improper use. Carrying charges, between the
customer and the manufacturer, are payable by the customer, if necessary.

ÉTALONAGE
CALIBRATION
Suivre les recommandations d’étalonnage et d’utilisation
recommander par le manufacturier de produit chimique à
appliquer. Toujours essayer le pulvérisateur avec de l’eau
avant la première application et étalonnage.
Follow the calibration recommendation and usage
recommended by the chemical manufacturer to apply.
Always try the sprayer with water before first use and for
calibration.
NOTE : Il est préférable de faire un essai avec de l’eau.
Vérifier la quantité d’eau utilisée comparativement à la
superficie pulvérisée et s’assurer du taux
d’application afin d'éviter une sous ou sur-application.
NOTE: It is recommended to make a test with water.
Verify how much water you use compared to the
treated area to be sure of spraying rate, avoiding all
under or over application.
NOTE : Pour tout problème de calibrage contacter les
autorités agricoles locales ou votre concessionnaire
pour assistance lors du calibrage.

POMPE:
Rincer avec de l'eau claire après chaque utilisation
spécialement après une pulvérisation avec de l'engrais
liquide, un insecticide ou un fongicide. Toujours porter un
équipement de protection.
PUMP:
Rinse after each use with clear water especially if you use a
liquid fertilizer, an insecticide or a fungicide. Always wear
protective clothing.
FILTRE D'ALIMENTATION:
Vérifier et nettoyer régulièrement le filtre d'alimentation d'eau
dans le réservoir.
SUCTION FILTER:
Regularly check and clean the suction water filter in the
tank.
FILTRES DE BUSES ET BUSES:
Vérifier et nettoyer régulièrement les filtres de buses et les
buses pour éviter tout colmatage et diminution de débit.
NOZZLES FILTERS AND NOZZLES:
Regularly check and clean nozzles filters and nozzles to
avoid plugging and lower flow rates.
Nettoyage:
Nettoyer tous les filtres avant de commencer cette étape.
Laver et rincer avec un produit neutralisant tous les
équipements ayant été en contact direct ou indirect tel que
l'embrun pour éviter tout risque de contamination lors de la
manutention et l'entreposage. Consulter le fournisseur de
produit sanitaire pour les produits de nettoyage et de
neutralisation pour pulvérisateur. Nettoyer tous les filtres à
nouveau.
Cleaning:
Clean all filters before starting this operation. Clean and
wash with neutralizing product all the equipment that has
been in direct or indirect contact with drift to avoid
contamination in handling or storage. Consult your product
suppliers to obtain cleaning and neutralizing product for
sprayer. Clean all the filters again.
Always clean the sprayer equipment in a ventilated area
and non-cultivated area away from water source. Contact
local agricultural authorities for advice on disposal and laws
to avoid any contamination of water source, kids and pets.

endroit bien aéré et non-cultivé et loin des sources d'eau

REMISAGE POUR L’HIVER
WINTERIZING
Durant l'hiver et les périodes froides, si le pulvérisateur
risque le gel, il est recommandé de prendre les précautions
suivantes après l'utilisation:
During winter and cold periods, if there is a freezing risk
for the sprayer, the following precautions are
recommended

Brancher un boyau d'air comprimé (60 lb/po² max.) à
l'entrée de la pompe et enclencher le pistolet et la valve
d'alimentation de rampe de manière à expulser toute
l'eau du circuit. (durée 5 à 10 minutes).

Connect a compressed air hose (60 psi max.) at the
inlet of the pump and operate the gun and the valve
of the boom until water is out of the circuit (5 to 10
minutes).

Verser une solution d'eau et d'antigel (ne pas utiliser de
liquide lave-vitre ou d'alcool) dans le réservoir.
Mettre la pomper en marche.
Appuyer sur la gâchette et la valve d'alimentation de
rampe jusqu'à ce que la solution sorte par les buses.
Arrêter la pompe.

Pour a 50% water and 50% antifreeze mix (do not
use windshield washer fluid or alcohol) in the tank.
Start the pump.
Press the gun trigger and the boom valve until
solution comes out from the nozzles.
Stop the pump.
ATTENTION: Ne pas oublier qu'à 0 C, la machine
peut geler et que par temps très froid, elle peut geler en
moins de 5 minutes.
ATTENTION: Do not forget: at 0C, the machine can
freeze and in extreme cold conditions, it takes less
than 5 minutes.
ATTENTION: Disposer du liquide antigel dans un
endroit approprié ou le récupérer pour une prochaine
utilisation.

appropriate way or keep it for future use.
